When I joined Gelato, almost 9 years ago, I experienced the speed and agility that I never saw, and still have not met anywhere. The experience and expertise of the colleagues push you to a higher level when trying to keep up with Gelators. A flat structure gives you the ability to try yourself in any possible field you can imagine yourself. That inspires and moves Gelato forward!

Working at Gelato has been an incredible 4-year journey so far, where no day is ever the same. I have joined a global team of talented and dedicated people, working together to achieve the same goal, transforming the printing industry and making it more sustainable. There is no-one in the company that is not approachable, and ready to help at a moment’s notice. We have no hierarchy and a very open communication and feedback culture.

I had just graduated from my full time MBA and after a very challenging and exciting year between Singapore and France I was looking for a company where I could work with people from very diverse backgrounds and keep on nurturing my entrepreneurial spirit. Favourite Part of my Job - I feel I can really make an impact with my every day work, not only through my own contribution, but mostly by joining forces with such a talented and passionated team of professionals.
