Position summary:
The Country Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the market. You will lead a Go-to-market team to define and execute the market strategy to deliver against key revenue. You should be hands-on and innovative, with high growth B2B or SaaS experience.
You will build and grow our user base in Vietnam. You will own and develop our sales and marketing strategies in Vietnam, and own key metrics such as user growth, retention, and customer satisfaction rates. You will also advocate for the users in Vietnam, gathering and delivering insights to Product and Operations teams. You will be a deal maker and expert business developer with the ability to gain access and close commercial relationships with key customers and partners in the market.
What you will be doing:
Lead planning and execution of the Go-to-market strategy for Vietnam.
Be accountable for building and growing our customers in Vietnam
Build and lead a go-to-market team of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Managers.
Identify and close new business opportunities in Vietnam – from customers to eCommerce partners to marketing agencies/influencers.
Advocate for Vietnamese users on Product features and Operational needs.
Deep-dive into data and analytics to understand and track customer retention and satisfaction, identify opportunities and areas of improvements.
Lead and contribute to team projects to document and scale the market expansion strategies.

Moreover, we would like to see evidence of the following in your profile:
8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or consulting.
2+ years of people management experience
Demonstrated success in delivering business growth and market presence, especially in new or emerging technologies that require broad market education
Strong leadership and a motivated self-starter
Highly creative, resourceful, able to initiate change and motivate innovation and creativity in identifying potential customers and best approaches.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills; able to use data to drive insights and recommendations.
Ability to operate and prioritize in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Nice to have:
Experience of building and growing a new market from scratch
Experience in SaaS or Management Consulting
Experience / understanding of the print on demand industry in Vietnam.
Experience of hiring / recruiting in Vietnam
Experience of running a eCommerce store
MBA Preferred
