What will you be doing
As our new Customer Success Manager, you will be joining our international, customer-centric, and fast-growing team responsible for delivering massive value to our customers in their Gelato journey.
You will be the owner of a portfolio of customers based in the US, and as their Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the entire customer life cycle, serving as the primary point of contact for our customers, as well as serving as the customer advocate to our internal teams. By being an expert on our platform, you'll be able to provide a unique level of information and inspiration to our customers, and thereby help them grow their online businesses.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Work with new and existing customers and support them throughout the entire customer life cycle; onboarding, adoption, expansion and advocacy
Create a trusting relationship with our customers
Increase customer retention
Provide hands-on support to customers, encouraging their self sufficiency on our platform
Identify up-sell and expansion opportunities, drive business outcomes, and ensure that our customers are successful
Provide feedback from our customers to help us increase our platform
Proactively identify at-risk customers and develop contingency plans
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the success of your customers, including Customer Experience, Marketing, Operations, and other Post-Sales functions

You are just as customer obsessed as we are, and believe that customers are the heart of every organization. You also have strong interpersonal skills and consider yourself to be a people-person.

A strong educational background and track record of relationship management
1-2 years in a customer facing role
You are customer-obsessed and understand the value of actively engaging with customers
Top-notch communication skills
Problem solver attitude
Ability and eagerness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
