Why I joined Gelato: Most talented and engaged people I have ever seen with a true passion about what they are doing. Also in Gelato, every team member really has the ability to make a change and get immediate feedback.

Favourite Part of my Job: It’s hard to specify only one favourite part, so I’ll pick top three.

I enjoy mentoring and coaching Engineering teams and individual team members.

Designing highly-available, fault-tolerant, cost-efficient, scalable systems is my passion.

Outside of work: I’m a huge fan of all types of Engineering and enjoy creation of all types of things: physical and digital, like smart home automation, 3d-printing, Arduino projects, etc

Also, I’m playing electro guitar and drums, doing hiking, and playing Dota 2 in my free time.
